Premier League

The Premier League is the top tier of professional football (soccer) in England, established in 1992. It is contested by 20 clubs and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the English Football League (EFL) Championship. The league is known for its high level of competition, international fan base, and significant financial revenue. Matches are typically held from August to May, with each team playing 38 games, facing each opponent twice (once at home and once away). The team with the most points at the end of the season is crowned the champion. Points are awarded based on match results: three points for a win, one point for a draw, and none for a loss. The Premier League is widely regarded as one of the most popular and competitive football leagues in the world, attracting top players and coaches from various countries.
